Pricing questions answered

No. The monthly retainer is the only cost. There are no setup fees, onboarding costs, or cancellation penalties beyond the minimum engagement period.
After your minimum engagement (2 to 6 months depending on tier), billing continues month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days written notice. We do not bill you for work in months you have already cancelled.
Yes. Upgrades can happen at the start of any new billing month. Downgrades require 30 days notice and take effect at the next renewal. Contact us to make a change.
These prices are in USD and do not include any applicable taxes. US clients generally do not pay sales tax on digital services. International clients should check their local requirements.
