Delivery Policy
1. Digital Delivery Only
All SEO Logbook services are delivered digitally. No physical documents, USB drives, printed reports, or other tangible materials are shipped. Deliverables arrive in your inbox as PDF reports, spreadsheet files (Google Sheets or .xlsx), shared dashboards, or documented recommendations. The delivery method for each service type is noted in the package description.
2. What Happens After You Order
Our post-payment process follows a consistent sequence:
- Payment confirmation (immediate): Stripe sends an automatic receipt to your email address.
- Onboarding contact (within 1 business day): We send an email introducing the project, requesting any necessary access, and confirming your delivery date.
- Onboarding questionnaire (within 2-3 business days): For most services, we send a short questionnaire to understand your business context, priorities, and main concerns. This allows us to focus the analysis on what actually matters for your situation.
- Analysis phase: Once access and questionnaire responses are received, work begins within 2 business days.
- Delivery: The completed deliverable is emailed to you. For Accelerate and Dominator package clients, we also schedule a delivery call to walk through key findings and answer initial questions.
3. Standard Delivery Timelines
Timelines below run from the date we receive all required information and access (not from payment date):
- Rank Tracking setup and first report: 3 to 5 business days
- On-Page SEO optimization package: 7 to 10 business days
- SEO Consulting engagement: 5 to 8 business days (strategy document delivery)
- Content Optimization: 5 to 8 business days per batch
- Google Business Profile optimization: 4 to 6 business days
- Penalty Recovery analysis: 8 to 12 business days
- Essentials Package (combined): 8 to 12 business days
- Accelerate Package (combined): 12 to 16 business days
- Dominator Package (combined): 16 to 22 business days
These timelines assume standard site size and complexity. We will confirm your specific delivery date in the onboarding email.
4. What We May Need from You
Depending on your service, we may request:
- Google Search Console access (View permission minimum)
- Google Analytics access (if traffic pattern analysis is included)
- Google Business Profile owner access (for GBP optimization only)
- A list of target keywords or priority service areas
- Names of 2 to 5 main competitors
- Website URL and sitemap location
- Any current penalty notifications from Google Search Console
We request only the minimum access necessary. Access credentials and permissions are revoked after the engagement is complete.
5. Recurring Deliverables (Rank Tracking)
For rank tracking services, after initial setup, reports are delivered on the agreed schedule (weekly or monthly). Reports are sent automatically to your email. If a scheduled delivery is missed, we will send it within 1 business day of the missed date and notify you proactively.
6. Delays
If a delay occurs on our side, we will notify you within 1 business day of the original expected delivery date and provide a revised timeline. We do not deliver late silently. If you are waiting beyond your confirmed delivery date without prior notification from us, email hello@seologbook.com immediately.
Delays caused by late or incomplete client responses to onboarding requests extend the delivery window proportionally and do not constitute a grounds for refund.
7. Complex or Large Sites
Sites with more than 100,000 indexed pages, multiple language versions, or unusual technical configurations may require extended timelines. We will identify this within 2 business days of beginning work and contact you with an adjusted schedule.
8. Delivery Notification
When your deliverable is ready, we send it via email from hello@seologbook.com. The delivery email includes:
- The complete deliverable as an attachment or shared link
- A brief summary of the most critical findings or actions
- An optional offer for a Q&A call (available for all packages, 15 minutes)
9. Resending Deliverables
If your delivery email did not arrive or you cannot locate it, contact us at hello@seologbook.com. We retain all deliverables for 12 months after the engagement and can resend at any time within that window.
